Shipping
Dispatch and delivery times
We ship from Berlin, Germany. Items in stock are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Made-to-order and personalised items are produced after your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production in addition to shipping time.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Germany 2-4 working days, EU 3-7 working days, rest of the world 5-15 working days. These are estimates only. Delays caused by the carrier or customs can occur, and we will keep you informed if we become aware of one.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Jewelry: Germany €7, EU €15, rest of the world €30 (flat rates, including secure packaging).
Ceramics: shipping costs depend on size and weight and are calculated at checkout.
As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT on prices or shipping costs.
Customs, taxes and duties
Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and fees may apply. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Please check the rules of your country before ordering.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquired, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquired, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can do this via the "Withdraw from contract" function in the footer of our website, using the withdrawal form, or by email to contact@tanjacho.com. Please include your name, your order number and the items concerned. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised (for example items with engraving, a chosen size, colour, stone or design). Items that we only produce after your order but that are not customised by you can be withdrawn from as usual.
Condition of returned items
Please return items in the condition in which you received them: unworn, unused and undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You may try on or inspect an item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, as you would in a shop. If an item is returned worn, used or damaged, or without its original packaging, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to compensate for the loss in value.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please send returns to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may also exchange an item or choose a gift voucher instead. As we are a small business, we ask that exchanges are processed as store credit or voucher. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Defective or damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@tanjacho.com if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
